PDF (Español (España))

Abstract

In this article, the right to peace will be addressed as one of the most important human rights for the development of the human being in society, as well as the repercussions of peace's validity as a guarantee for development. of other rights and protection of axiological elements of the structure of man. The serious consequences that are generated when the tranquility and harmony in a society are altered will be analyzed from the conceptual framework of Human Rights, putting at risk the validity of peace, considered this one of the necessary aspects for the achievement of the purposes of all society. In the same way, it is appropriate to mention that the validity of peace can not be maintained or achieved by itself; it is required as an indispensable tool of the law since, through legal norms, coercive dispositions can be imposed with the aim of forcing man in society to observe and respect the rules of coexistence under the threat of a sanction. Is for this reason that it will establish arguments from the legal point of view on which the suitability of the right and all the elements that comprise it are based, as a tool that should be at the service of peace to guarantee its validity. and the achievement of the ends that derive from it.
