The Acceptance Of Roman Common Law In The Global Legal Field
Abstract
The work done gives us the Knowledge as to how the Roman Common Law from ancient times has emerged until now, that is why it begins mentioning to the acceptance and globalization under Roman law. This led to build a logical system, coherent and cientific, in order to confront the legal problems of humanity. After this we have the Roman Context, which makes reference to the contribution of law in Rome, Western Europe and America, where the divition that we suffer now was established, as a product of lack of a common legal awareness. Then it makes an analysis of the lus Gentium, lus Naturalies, lus Civiles and lus Commune. In the end, it explains the permanence of the common law in our history, the interests and goals required, since it is absent in the actual globalization.
