Abstract

The following investigation seeks to give the legal information about freedom of expresions and other fundamental rights that are given to any person. Like the regulation of press. It is specify The reach of constitutional law about freedom of expresion and the implement of rules that of the right of intimicy, the good name, the image, aclaration and replica among other rights of the personality that are gonna limit that freedom and liberty of expresion only and exclusively to the point where not affect this fundamental rights clearing the difference with the necesary critic and the public scrutinity among public workers. It is Also about legal innovations and technology that has emerged during the last year considering the procedures and types of sanctions in the normative body.
