Abstract

This article proposes to examine some notes and legal questions related to modern Commercial Law; even more since Ecuadorian Commercial Code published in the Official Registry Supplement 497 on May 29, 2019. The companies have been subject of a great comment and has been variously described as an efficiency instrument. The purpose of this article is to explore the nature and practical significance of a registrated company, and provided an overview of how concept has fared in legislation. There is necessary connection between these questions and other relevant topics such as business result and theories in the field of commercial laws.
