Work Organization: A key factor for the success of Cuban companies

Abstract

The organization of work is a legal-labor institution of great strategic importance for the achievement of the continuous improvement of economic and social results, based on the effective management of human capital and the systemic and progressive increase in the efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and quality of work. However, it is an institution with a degree of unrealization and insufficiencies that limit or delay the achievement of systematic economic and social results by the entities. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to assess the meaning and scope of the organization of work as a key factor in the strengthening of the Cuban state enterprise and the success of the Cuban socialist project.
